　　序數(shù)詞前不用the或省略the的情況

　　①　表示“又一，再一”時

　　Eg: They wanted to try a second time.

　　②　序數(shù)詞前有物主代詞或名詞所有格時

　　Eg: It’s my 60th birthday.

　　This is Lily’s twelfth book.

　　③　“序數(shù)詞+名詞”構(gòu)成合成形容詞時

　　Eg: There will be a second-hand clothes shop on this street.

　　④　固定搭配

　　Eg: at first, first of all,  every four years

　　⑤　序數(shù)詞用作副詞時

　　Eg: He came first.
