考點一：確切數量與模糊數量表示法

●當hundred, thousand, million等前面有不定冠詞a或one, two, three, four等數詞時，hundred, thousand, million等要用單數形式表示“確切數量”。如果表示“數百、數千、數百萬”等“模糊數量”時，hundred, thousand, million要用復數形式，且后面要與of連用。如：a hundred people“一百人”，four thousand cars“4000輛車”，seven million dollars“700萬美元”，hundreds of computers“數百臺電腦”，thousands of trees“數千棵樹/成千上萬棵樹”，millions of stars“數百萬顆星星”等。

●表示“模糊數量”時，還可用and連接兩個數詞hundred, thousand或million, 此時這兩個數詞都要用復數形式，后面同樣都要與of連用。如：hundreds and thousands of“千千萬萬的”，hundreds and millions of“億萬的”等。
